Erro Na Instalação Do Pacote Acbr_Boleto (Required Package 'fs7' Not Found)

Prezados membros do Forum boa tarde.

Estou tendo problemas com a instalação do pacote ACBr_Boleto.

Durante a instalação o software apresenta a seguinte mensagem de erro:
