Opa Juliomar, o lazarus é win32, até removi e instalei novamente para garantir. Sobre as dependências, rodei pela opção 'Recompilar tudo requirido'. As dlls eu copie para a raiz da pasta do lazarus. Algo mais que posso olhar?
